  1. Its good that Nintendo is hosting a Tetris 99 tournament. Also its good that Nintendo is offering a free special offer for Tetris 99. The thing that is most entertaining about Tetris is the mix and matching. It always entertains me about the surprise element of what shape could come next. The structure of this online tournament seems stable too. If they offered offline and online way to enter simultaneously that would be even more cool.

  2. I’m not sure I fully endorse the “reward talent” model here. Very un-Nintendo like move here.

    1. It’s not un-Nintendo at all.
      Competetitions have prizes, dude.

Pokemon Worlds is a cash prize among other goodies. What else are they going to reward them with? A high five?

    2. Why do you have a problem with it? I know I’m not going to win the prize but if I did get 1st place it would be cool to get something useful like the points.
