The video game software and hardware charts have come in today via Famitsu and it’s been yet another good week for Nintendo. The Pokemon Sword & Shield themed Nintendo Switch Lite has boosted sales for the Switch family which this week has shifted an impressive 119,397 units. On the software side of things Persona 5 Royal beat Luigi’s Mansion 3 which entered the charts at No.2 and Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games didn’t do too badly at No.5 this week. Here’s the best-selling software and hardware in Japan:

😲
I might have to strongly consider Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Other than the hiccup on day one of the online not working, I haven’t heard much else of anything bad in regards to the game.
Multiplayer is a claymore field (beware!)
Story mode is kinda short but a real nostalgic trip – I had a lot of fun with it
Only buy it if it’s on sale though, it’s not worth the 70 bucks
Lifetime sales have to be wrong. You reported the other day that the Switch has passed 10 million units in Japan. This only adds up to about 9.7.
this was last weeks numbers they reported that a few days later.
Mario & Sonic and Dragon Quest numbers have mixed up somehow?
Interesting enough
