Nintendo has released yet another software update for the recently released Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch. The latest update brings the game to Version 1.1.4. This software update adjusts the appearance rates of some Bunny Day eggs for the Easter Event. The full patch notes should be up soon, so this post will be updated.

- Fixed an issue where, when Flick is on your island, if you give him the number of scarab beetles required for a model, the model you receive is of a different insect.
- How this issue will be resolved in affected save data:
After the software is updated to Ver. 1.1.4, if you give Flick the required number of scarab beetles again, you will receive the correct model.
- How this issue will be resolved in affected save data:
- Adjusted the appearance rate of some Bunny Day eggs through 11.04.2020.
- Note: Eggs will be easier to find on Bunny Day itself, which takes place on 12.04.2020.

Sheesh! This game is getting updated more than my Twitter feed!
I heard that a lot of people were upset with the frequency at which they obtained these eggs through methods like fishing and digging, including my roommates. Was it really that bad?
You could fish and get like 10 eggs in a row
It was only an issue for people who hadn’t figured out only medium sized fish could be eggs. Eggs from stones and chopping trees replaced a small amount of resources, like 1-2 per rock/tree. The rest of the eggs didn’t replace anything but it seemed like people thought they did due to frequency.
It’s not that bad, if anything the fishing one is worst. I just look at it like it’s part of the event and it lenghtens my game in whole.
My neighbors love when I gift them those eggs! Yummmmm
I’ve stopped river fishing, because the egg shadows are the 0nly one that spawns. I’m also trying desperately to grind out the cherry blossom set, so I hope that they cut down on the sky eggs so I don’t have to deal with them as often

Noticing a lot less balloons… Sucks for people who didn’t get 300 popped balloons for the ultimate prize.
