Kit and Krysta are back with a brand new episode of Nintendo Minute. In this week’s episode, as the pair explained in the video description, “we’re back with more Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This week, we’ve made up a few fun multiplayer games to play on with each other. Have you played any games with your friends? There are so many ways to get creative in the game”. Nintendo’s tweet, which contains the video, can be seen down below.

kind of a shame really. :(
At least New Leaf had that mini game island, NH literally has nothing.
Took New Leaf 4 years to get those minigames though. We know full well these devs like gradually released content and events, they did a good job of it with splatoon, so there’s a good chance we’ll have multiplayer content dripped in eventually; it’s just tourneys, meteor shower parties and general trading for now.

The mini games were in since launch. That additional game in the “Welcome Amiibo” update was the thing added a couple years later.
But I certainly hope that they add more content to New Horizons… It pales in comparison to New Leaf’s content.
