Nintendo is hiring for a Splatoon 3 level designer

The third instalment in the popular Splatoon franchise was revealed right at the end of the Nintendo Direct yesterday, and the internet is understandably ablaze with excitement again around the inky shooter. Unfortunately, there’s no date in sight for the game’s launch other than a 2022 launch window. In the wake of the announcement, Twitter user and Dataminer OatmealDome spotted a job listing appearing on Nintendo social media accounts and it’s for a level designer for Splatoon 3.

You can check out what the successful applicant will be responsible for in the tweet below:

  1. Hmm, interesting, I just hope they find the right person for the job anytime soon. :)

Speaking of hiring, maybe they should hire me for the job! :) But then, I’ll probably get fired before I even get to touch the computer. :( Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to stick with being a mascot… but then again… I’ll probably get fired from that too… *sigh* Welp, I’ll just keep my mouth shut from now on. :|

p.s. As if that they’ll hire me ’cause in reality, I don’t have skills with Computers, Mascoting, etc… and sometimes it’s good to make fun of yourself, I’m just trying to be funny that’s all… if you find my jokes funny, that is…

  2. Why after they finished Splatoon 2 didnt the developers immediately work on Splatoon 3 before scattering to the 4 winds? That way all the developers are still present and dont have to be looking for any developers because they never left.
