The first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 from Paramount Pictures has officially debuted at The Game Awards 2021. Starring Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Miles “Tails” Prower, and Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna, you can check out the full trailer below. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is set for release exclusively in movie theaters on 8th April 2022.

As a Sonic fan and artist, I’m happy this sequel is not a February release date unlike the like one. I’m so glad. But I do look forward on the Sonic movie 2 on the month of my birthday which is a perfect gift for me to make me feel a bit better.
I’m still weirded out how everyone but tails va got axe from this one, not in to movies but i might actually see the sequel.

Aside from the amazing Jim Carrey, I wasn’t crazy about the cast in the first movie. But the movie was better than I expected it to be. So I’m looking forward to this sequel. But not until it releases on Blu-ray. I never go to theaters.
