Square Enix has revealed that it has been working on a follow up to its intriguing card-based RPG adventure, Voice of Cards, and it will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch later this month. Voice of Cards: The Forsaken is a new standalone experience, so you don’t need to have played the first game to enjoy it and you can get your hands on it as soon as 17th February. The first game in the series received slightly mixed reviews so let’s hope the team at Square Enix nail this one.
I still need to try out the first game, will do it soon enough.
I feel like I would like these games, but from the demo of the first game, it seemed to be lacking depth and not having enough customization to the deck building. And judging by reviews, that seems to be a common negative amongst players. I do love the artwork though
Meh. Baten Kaitos is the only card game adventure for me.
How do they except people to pre-order on PlayStation when it doesn’t have a pre-order available on PSN. Loved the 1st game, highly anticipating The Forsaken Maiden. Be nice if we could get more customization features for decks, like adding enemy cards or even edit the card graphics with enemy skins.
