The latest Japanese boxed video game software and hardware sales figures have come through via sales tracker Famitsu for the period of 7th February, 2022 to 13th February, 2022. The Nintendo Switch family of systems continue to be the flavour of the month for Japanese consumers with an additional 118,065 units shifted. The best-selling software is the latest Pokemon game, Pokemon Legends: Arceus which shifted an additional 140,149 retail copies this week. Here’s the best-selling software and hardware in Japan:

Well considering their is a “Global chip shortage” That’s affecting businesses, including the auto market. Mainly because of the pandemic, production of PS5 has been slowed. Sony lost $25.6 billion in profits because of the chip cruch. So i guess these sales figures for units sold would be pretty accurate or would they.
