Nintendo confirms it’s temporarily pulling Rain Maker mode in Splatoon 3 due to bug

Splatoon 3 anarchy battles

Those of you who enjoy a blast of Rain Maker when participating in Anarchy Battles in Splatoon 3 should be made aware that the mode is being pulled temporarily due to a discovery of a new unexplained bug. The Rainmaker issue was discovered by the developers after they deployed the hefty Splatoon 3 Version 1.2.0 update yesterday. Nintendo hasn’t announced an estimated time for a fix, but as soon as we hear that it has been fixed we will endeavour to let you all know. Nintendo has apologised for the inconvenience.

  1. Not saying I agree but what’s with these weird things happening and Nintendo straight up removing the feature till it gets fix, didn’t this happen to switch sports last week.

    1. Yup, it happened with Switch Sports they deployed an update and it must not have been properly tested. It’s not clear what issue there is with Rainmaker but it must have been a fairly big bug otherwise they wouldn’t have pulled the mode temporarily until it has been fixed/resolved.

    1. I’m sorry lol that is not it, that’s not how this works. The game runs at 60 FPS in multiplayer matches. This is to do with a bug in a game mode scoring issue, not performance

      1. I wouldn’t bother with this guy- he complains about everything, thinks he knows everything about games. Next month he’ll complain Mario x Rabbids 3 isn’t out yet and call the developers lazy.
