CD Projekt Red has confirmed that Nintendo Switch version of The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt will receive “numerous additions and improvements” including additional Netflix Witcher-themed content. The news comes as part of the release date announcement for The Witcher 3 PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC “free next-gen update.” CD Projekt Red says the release date for the Nintendo Switch content update will be announced soon. The “free next-gen update” for The Witcher 3 will be available on 14th December.
“In addition to the next-gen release, the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will also receive an update featuring numerous additions and improvements, as well as the Netflix Witcher-themed additional content. Further details, including the release date, will be announced soon.”

That’s great news, a free next gen upgrade if you already own The Witcher 3. I played at release but it kept crashing when i played Gwent. Maybe now i’ll actually finish playing.
