Prominent Japanese game development studio, Capcom, has told investors that it is confident that they will see record breaking sales for the current fiscal year. The company has one game left to release for the current fiscal year and that is the highly anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake which is due out one week before the fiscal year finishes. The company has said that its sales are up from 25.8 million during the same period last year and with the release of Resident Evil 4 Remake and continued sales of catalog titles such as Monster Hunter Rise with Sunbreak being released on Xbox and PlayStation consoles this spring, the company hopes to sell more than 40 million game units, which would be the highest ever in a full year.

I got a PS5 just for RE4… and Ratchet and Clank. Capcom is probably right, they will be richer than hell soon.
I think Capcom will have a great year with the Battle Network Collection, Sunbreak, and RE4R; however, I believe MegaMan X9 would set them over the edge 🤩
