Nintendo has announced the return of the Big Run game mode in Splatoon 3 and you won’t have long to wait to play it as it is arriving on Saturday, 4th March and will run until Monday, 6th March. The latest Big Run is a timed event and will see those pesky Salmonids invade Inkblot Art Academy. You and your team’s job is to fight off the invasion in waves with each wave spawning more and more enemies and enemy types. This is will be the second Big Run event in Splatoon 3.

For those in America it’s the same time and day as the splatfest Friday-Sunday.
Awesome! It will be my second time attending another Big Run. It’s just too bad that I have no friend(s) to play with… In the last one I was pretty much on my own with strangers I don’t even know, but at least we got a Bronze Cohozuna.
I gotta say, the first one felt like a letdown and the hype for it didn’t match what the event ultimately felt like. I’m not going to spend nearly as much time on this one.
