The Japanese The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch download card has revealed two unannounced characters who will presumably play a big part in the long-awaited adventure. There’s a possibility that the two new characters could be a part of the Hylia and Zonai tribes in Link’s latest adventure, but we will have to wait for Nintendo to spill the beans.

Im confused about what a download card is, does the voucher code let you redeem it for a copy of the digital version of the game. Why are they careful not to leak stuff and then leak information un intentionally with a download card.
That’s exactly what a download card is. I’ve seen them in America as well, it’s for people who want to buy digital with cash or don’t trust online stores with their information (even though physical stores are actually probably more shady).
Basically yeah. Some people don’t even own credit cards (something I became aware of because of some customers at work), so for these people this is one of the only ways they can buy digital versions of games
“Reveals two new characters” & “has revealed two unannounced characters”. Common people nothing here is either new or unannounced. These 2 were officially shown in the final trailer.
The only thing new about it is we haven’t seen them in the same place.
How is this a “reveal”? These 2 characters were clearly shown in the last trailer. It’s even been speculated that the dark skinned individual could be Zelda or maybe even Hylia.
