Limited Run Games doesn’t really develop their own video games. Their main mission is actually to publish physical releases of video games from other companies that had been only available digitally. This can include indie games, but every once in a while, this can also include third-party companies like Ubisoft and Konami. The range of consoles they support include the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, PlayStation 5, retro consoles and more.
Well, it seems we may be hearing some more soon. Limited Run Games has announced that they will be doing a presentation showcase on July 12th at 4pm Eastern time. As for the games, all we know is that there will be “20+ digital and physical announcements”. You can see the announcement tweet down below.
Screw LRG. I’ll never forget I bought a game from them once and when I got it in the mail and I finally put it in my PS4… the damn thing didn’t work. It didn’t play the disc at all.
So, I contacted them and they told me it was all my fault, that I did something to their precious disc or that my PS4 was bad and that I was lying to get a replacement. They were so rude and quick to judge it blew my mind.
Never again will I buy any game from LRG.
Suffice to say, I threw that game in the trash can.
LRG sucks
And that’s a fact.
Limited Run Games are a disgusting company. Everyone should boycott them and they shouldn’t be promoted. They wrongly fired their Community Manager, Kara Lynne. They turned off comments on all their social media platforms for several months over the huge backlash they faced. Never forget what they did!
