Believe it or not, Pikmin 4 is just 2 weeks away from officially releasing on the Nintendo Switch. For veteran fans of the franchise, who have been waiting for the game since Pikmin creator Shigeru Miyamoto originally announced it in 2015, it has been a long time coming.
However, not everyone getting Pikmin 4 will be longtime fans. In fact, Nintendo has released a brand new trailer that is specifically aimed at players that are new to the series. In the video, Nintendo provides a guide to what the Pikmin are and how you can “get to know your little buds, their specialties, and how they can work for you”. The video is down below.
I like how they realize that not everyone is a long time fan, and the trailer is aimed at newcomers.
I’m quite the opposite they should had done that when Pikmin 1 came out. Paying $60 it better be as challenging to beat like Pikmin 2 was and lengthy. I waited 7 years. Yall better had done something to make it 50hrs of game play.
