By now, you have probably heard the news that Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is officially coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam this fall. Unfortunately, the game has been plagued with leaks for a good while now.
It isn’t surprising, but it seems that another leak has occurred. The game’s entire starting roster has been apparently leaked via an official-looking image. The image, if true, reveals that Azula, Gerald, Plankton, Grandma Gertie, Ember, Norbert, Daggett and El Tigre will be joining the previous game’s roster of playable characters for this game. Why is Gerald and Grandma a character and not Arnold?
Arnold is a pacifist to the point that he can’t stand hurting other people. There was that episode where he learned Karate for self defense in “Mugged” and it got to his [big] head. He only started to feel really bad when he shredded another dude’s clothes when he did “self-defense” (the dude was just asking directions to the bus stop). It’s probably safe to say that Arnold doesn’t like fighting for any reason at this point, so pretty much everyone EXCEPT for Arnold is viable as a playable character from the Hey Arnold! universe (even though Arnold would be more iconic).
Aang is also technically a pacifist, but he beats up pretty much anyone who attempts to hurt him or his friends. He’s basically only a pacifist from a non-killing standpoint (even though the collateral damage that he caused easily could’ve killed someone indirectly).
I hope no one from the previous game got cut and that they will be returning, so I can have Jimmy and Hugh Neutron fight together as a team. Maybe another Jimmy Neutron character will also be a hidden character, like Sheen or King Goobot.
I see Raphael, Donatello and April O’Neil from the TMNT. Just assuming that it has Leo and Mikey.
