SEGA has yet to unveil the release date for Sonic Superstars, though it seems likely it will be announced today at Gamescom Opening Night Live which is being hosted by Geoff Keighley. You may remember that a number of retailers had the Sonic’s latest 2D adventure listed as releasing the same day as Super Mario Wonder. Well,it seems SEGA may have had a change of heart as Sonic Superstars is now listed on Amazon Japan as releasing on 27th October. We will know for sure hopefully later today.

No matter if it gets released after and if it is multi platform, it is already dead on arrival and it is sad because classic sonic is more interesting and charismatic than the modern one.

Sega surely realise that Sonic is the one who’d come off worse if both games were released on the same day.

True: personally, I think they should have waited till either earlier mid-November.
Then again there’s Super Mario RPG… Dang, there really isn’t a winning situation for Superstars is there?
Who cares when a game comes out or not. If people want to buy it, people will buy it. Geez, stop making such a damn fuzz about it.
