Today’s Nintendo Partner Direct had a special surprise for Castlevania fans. Konami has announced Castlevania Dominus Collection. The collection includes Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia. The game is releasing on the Nintendo Switch later today. This came out of nowhere, and I LOVE it.
Now this is mighty cool, i actually have all 3 on ds, but can’t wait to play em on switch.
I actually thought Konami might be too lazy to sort this collection due to adapting from the duel screens, but there you have it!
Awesome! Much gratitude! Rondo and Symphony would still be nice, even if its just the japanese version of Rondo from the Wii Console, and the version of Symphony that is available on iPhones, but all of the legitimate rereleases of Castlevania on the Switch make for a pretty awesome collection that you can play either handheld or docked.
Thank Sony for making the remaster versions exclusive to them alone.
Is possible hopeing for physical release? I still own all three for ds but i like buy physical version for switch.
A Limited Run Games physical edition is almost inevitable I would think, likely with several tiers (standard, collector’s, exclusive, stuff like that, plus a few merch add-ons probably) like they’ve done with all the other Castlevania releases. Just might not happen for a while. There’s a chance it won’t happen but it’s Castlevania… Limited Run hasn’t skipped any of them yet I don’t think!
I wait for tomb raider remastered deluxe edition. 24.9.2024 release. I preordered :) for this castlevania ds trilogy i buy digital because i am not waiting person and later i buy physical too.
