Castlevania Dominus Collection will be getting a Standard and Collector’s Edition physical from Limited Run Games soon, with pre-orders opening up on September 13th.
Limited Run Games dropped the announcement on their X page with the following image in tow, while asking fans to “stay tuned” for more details.
The collection, which boasts three Castlevania classics from the DS- Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia- alongside a reimagined version of the arcade Castlevania game Haunted Castle, was shadow dropped onto the Nintendo eShop after August 27th’s Nintendo Direct.
This follows Castlevania Anniversary Collection and Castlevania Advance Collection, both of which brought castle-climbing, vampire-hunting fervor to the Switch with physical releases handled by Limited Run Games.
For now, not much else is known about this release- aside from some alternate case covers being available with the Standard Edition- but we’ll let you know when the fog clears and the light shines on through.

Well, here goes hundreds of dollars again, assuming they’ll surprise us with a bunch of collector’s editions and extra merch as well as I’m sure they will. My wallet is not ready. Especially if I do Switch AND PS5 again. Gotta have it on Switch but I sometimes get the PlayStation ones if the packaging is a little nicer, which it usually is (they don’t put as many logos on the art and then it’s got more room for the art itself).
A physical copy? Don’t strictly need it. But wouldn’t say no if I could get one. Would look nice on my desk.
