Digital Extremes have announced in a new development diary that they now have Nintendo Switch 2 development kits and that they are working on a Nintendo Switch 2 version of the popular free-to-play title Warframe. In the video the team attest that that “a lot of amazing things that are happening” and that it is a “very impressive piece of kit.” It will be exciting to see how the Nintendo Switch 2 edition of Warframe stacks up against the current Nintendo Switch version.
“We are working on Switch 2 stuff by the way. I don’t think that needs to be secret anymore. … We finally have – thanks to our friends at Nintendo, we are on it, and there’s a lot of amazing things that are happening. … It is a very impressive piece of kit. Our tech leads are working on and are very excited about it.”
Finally! I’m tired of how the Switch version runs and looks (as amazing as that port was)
