A short 30 second teaser trailer was shown at The Game Awards 2025 for the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy Movie from Illumination and Nintendo. The teaser shows new footage that follows the introductory scene of Bowser Jr. (voiced by Benny Safdie) from the first trailer, with Luigi (Charlie Day) taking the spotlight for a bit of action against the antagonistic son of King Koopa. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie hits theaters in April 2026.
