Many were disappointed with Square Enix when the company announced that out was bringing the Kingdom Hearts collection of video games to the Nintendo Switch console albeit via Cloud Versions. Now a rumour is doing the rounds from Attack of the Backlog that the Kingdom Hearts All-in-One Package collection is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch 2. Square Enix hasn’t confirmed this, so it’s just a rumour at present.

Is it really an “All-In-One” now if it doesn’t include 3 & Melody?
It includes 3 not sure about Melody but most don’t care. Will this sell KH fans want new games good ones and have gotten nothing not even a remake FF and DQ fans have at least gotten that and spin offs. This franchise like SE is cooked. Watch it flop like FF7 on Switch 2 and Rebirth
I’ll buy it but if it does well Square needs to finally take this series seriously like they did in the 2000’s finally realize this is the young series. Honestly so should Disney hire Bones or MAPPA or Madhouse to adapt Kingdom Hearts into a 2D anime I would actually pay for a Disney Plus sub to watch that. Same with Kingdom Hearts them parks would actually pay to go there like Traverse Town, Radiant Gardens, Twilight Town, Destiny Islands, Scala ad Caelum, and so much more.
It includes 3 and the DLC I think. But that game sucks can’t wait to play 2, 358, and BBS the best games.
I’m sorry to have to be the one to tell you this but 358/2 Days is just cutscenes in HD; you don’t get to actually play the game with updated graphics. Coded/Re:Coded is the same way. And after looking it up, the DLC for 3 is not included and is sold separately. Either Squeenix REALLY hated the DS or they cheaped out.
Yeah I actually like 358 the game a remake would be great but fine playing it as is. No DLC for 3 yeah then it is not teuly complete you need the DLC for that to be somewhat ok.

The sole reason the original collection didn’t come to Switch 1 in a cartridge, was solely because of size problem. Because as much not powerful Switch 1 it is, there’s NO WAY IN THE WORLD it wouldn’t be capable to handle upscaled PS2 games. I just hope this versione comes on the cartridge and not with a freaking Key Card…
1.5 and 2.5 easily should have been on Switch. 3D is a 3DS game, BBS is a PSP game, and 358 and Recoded ate DS games.
The Switch was able to run The Witcher 3 and Doom 2016/Eternal, no reason for the Switch to not be able to run older Kingdom Hearts titles.
Problem is Square is run by morons who don’t care about the franchise and neither does Disney so they let it rot. When it doesn’t make money they should know why. Especially after 3! Which was awful. Look 4 was in development since 2019 and revealed in 2022 now it is 2026 and no update by now it should have released.

No news on KH4 also Steam collection dropped a year or 2 ago and like FF7 most will pass on this they bought it already and unlike 7 which has new games this ain’t got that just the same rereleases.
Steam collection sold really well and was charting. Hopefully this does better and Square finally realizes this is the young franchise they need not FF. Also hopefully 4 finally brings in TWEWY again and less Disney no more no Disney. They need a few more games remake of DarkRoad/Union X, Verum Rex, Missing Link as a console game, and 5 hopefully wrapping up the story. A MMO would be cool too.

Be prepared no news the game was scrapped for whatever reason and started over again so not coming out this gen if it still releases. Horrible management at Square and Disney. Square publishes FMA and Soul Eater the manga honestly would rather Sora go to those worlds and get Keyblades like that over the modern Disney crap. Also stick with the 4 art style not going to goofy cartoony looks the Final Fantasy looks is what the characters should look like.
Good maybe then Square Enix realizes not to waste money on slop and to make good games, properly manage things, and not destroy franchises. That or they go under for incompetence. 16 also flopped on multiplat release.
I haven’t brought a kingdom hearts game on a Nintendo platform since dream drop distance on the 3ds. I hate cloud gaming because always online (I have bad internet) and I don’t truly own the game.

Yeah and I do not trust them to do justice for 4. I mean look they ghosted fans again for about to be 5 years for a game that was in development near 7 years near the end of the PS5 generation and it still is not out or coming out. KH4 is more a myth than GTA6.
It still pisses me off how 3 ruined everything like Sora calling Lea, Axel despite him correcting him all the time then pretends not to know when Ventus calls him Lea, Sora not remembering Aqua, or everyone who died comes back like the nobodies which was stupid and took away impact from previous games especially the nobodies who should be part of the main cast like Organization 13’s guys were. Aqua just being abandoned was stupid then falling to darkness despite Ansem escaping was dumb, also Sora never goes to Shibuya like he agreed he would to Neku in Dream Drop, the Birth By Sleep guys just go into the realm of darkness just because.

Shareholders should be asking that. For a game revealed in 2022 with gameplay to go silent for 4 years is weird. Meanwhile projects announced after are coming out.
Development started in 2019 the game will not release in 2027 given FF7 final game comes out then so 2028 earliest. This is very strange a 9 year cycle or more? I am inclined to believe it’s more than 9 years so 2030 or further if it comes out. Shareholders are to blame for not holding executives accountable letting it get this bad. FF7 part 3 will flop like Rebirth did and with this long a wait KH4 will too despite being multiplatform.

Where is Kingdom Hearts 4? Square does this when they need money last time the Steam collection now this. Just make Kingdom Hearts games and it fixes your problem.

Correct the article. Intergrum Masterpiece not All In One. Intergrum includes ReMind DLC for Kingdom Hearts 3 while All In One did not.
Where is 4 is the big question? Game started development in 2019 so 7 years later this is weird? If it comes out it would earliest come out in 2028 so 9 year wait? That is insanity!! Injustice 3 is the same probably a 10 year wait or 9 earliest. This generation has been awful everyone who caused this needs to be fired influencers blacklisted and execs and devs fired. AI save us. Guy is 62 super out of touch and set in his way then the staff around him and feedback groups are 40 so they are not up to date and listen to sycophants who will praise whatever they do. A problem not just at NRS but everywhere. Not to mention they don’t like or understand DC the first game was with Geoff Johns who is not perfect but understood DC better than NRS. Ed did not want to make Injustice 3 he felt it would be his last game and wanted MK instead so made MK1 instead. His awful writer is a MCU fanboy and political idiot like all the studio so MK1 was just bad MCU. Now he claims the engine was the reason and he didn’t want their to be 7 years between MK games which is a lie and now worse given its been near 10 years between injustice games and voice actors Batman’s are dead. Then Ed blew the budget on celebrities on MK1 and guests that only he likes. He avoids talking about how bad he runs the studio and trauma employees have from MK.
MK has an ending with 11 not KH. Ed will retire but Nomura if he retires then it’s bad not finishing the series he should have made 3 the ending and done a better job.

Kingdom Hearts “could eventually” come to the Switch 2. No duh. And Knack 2 could get a native port too. The “article” then repeats a rumor with no weight behind it. It’s one paragraph.
