Capcom teases that Pragmata might have a future as a franchise

Capcom‘s recently released Pragmata is a thrilling adventure and it seems as though the game’s success could turn the game into a long-running franchise. Rob Dyer, chief operating officer of Capcom USA, has told attendees at a conference in Las Vegas that “We’re to a point now where we’ve got another IP that Capcom – and god bless them, has an arsenal – that we can continue to go down.” This information follows news that Pragmata sold one million copies in just two days.

  1. That was fast. I am glad it sold well since this was a student project by younger Capcom developers. But I know this comment section is going to say “boycott capcom” and “creepy” just because of the robot girl. So before anyone complains, just remember this is literally donkey Kong bananza in space. So if your saying this game is creepy, your calling bananza creepy.

    1. Online discourse is really exaggerated, anyone who isn’t terminally online will se a game with a cool guy in a mech suit and his cute robot daughter don’t worry about it.

      1. Anonymous Skywalker

It’s a bunch of radical commies who are outting themselves because they see Diana as anything other than cute and adorable. I’ve been enjoying the game and I hope this becomes a franchise.

  2. I enjoyed this game. Still playing it in fact. Trying to 100% it. The true ending kind of hints at a sequel in my opinion.
