Star Fox on Nintendo Switch 2 will be $50 for digital and $60 for physical

Nintendo unveiled Star Fox for the Nintendo Switch 2 yesterday and it is an enhanced remake of the classic Nintendo 64 game Star Fox 64. People were wondering what price Nintendo will be charging for Star Fox and we know now thanks to the Nintendo eShop. If you are looking for the physical edition of Star Fox it will be $60 and if you are opting for the digital version it is $50.

Thanks to CFG and Robin for sending in the news tip!

  1. Never really been a huge Star Fox guy. I played 64 with friends a lot just because it was on, but the only one I ever owned (and still do) is Adventures, which I do like (but it’s the most non-Star Fox game in the series).

This’ll probably be a pass for me, but it does look great for those who like the series 😁

    1. It is development but since the original release flopped they are rebranding it as: super smash brother’s kid icarus.

    2. I’d buy Kid Icarus, Its one of the 3DS games i never got to go through. It gave Zelda Vibes. If it was up to me snd I could make a brand new Kid Icarus game, Id make it play like pre Breath of the Wild 3D Zelda but with Kid Icarus themed stuff and flight sections and traditional controls while on ground section. Maybe jump and flick the controller up for temporary flight and use gyro to control flight if you had to do a gimmick or pointer on rails shooter with the mouse

      1. Outside of the gamechat features I just don’t see how this is a Switch 2 game. For sure could put it on Switch.

        1. No man, the game looks awesome it would look like crap on switch 1. F switch 1 time to move on and this is the start

  2. I know it doesn’t matter but the grass and buildings on some levels look really bad. For a rails on shooter, they probably could have made that better. It could have caused performance issues but I think the Switch 2 could have handled it. We are near a point where Nintendo games van almost compete graphically with other platforms, again not that they have to but I pay Nintendo a lot of money for one person. I have the Switch, OLED, and Switch 2, over two hundred and fifty switch one games, I know I probably bought twelve different sets of controllers, probably more. I only have two Switch 2 games atm, this will be my 3rd, fourth if I get India Jones
