Japan: 27-year-old man arrested after threatening to bomb Nintendo headquarters

Nintendo and police have had to deal with a 27-year-old man who has been arrested after saying that he was going to blow up Nintendo’s headquarters. The individual sent various Nintendo employees envelopes containing messages like “I’m going to blow you all up” and “My plans cannot be thwarted.” The individual also said that he had “already planted multiple bombs” within the company’s premises. Police searched the premises and found nothing and the offending individual was arrested.
