IGN has had the opportunity to take Yacht Club Games long-awaited Minna The Hollower for a test drive ahead of the game’s 29th May release date. The previewer has come away extremely impressed with what they’ve played. IGN says that it’s like “The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening crossed with Bloodborne, I can already say Mina the Hollower has cooked up something special.” The game has plenty of fun weapons to play around with and the bones system is similar to Souls in Bloodborne etc, but the bone economy scales with you. They also said that the game would be perfect to play on the Nintendo Switch. You can read the full preview here ahead of the 29th May release date.

Ppfffttt… ign reviewers really can’t describe games without making a mixing of games abomination, oh well, I look forward for this game! Looks really good plus I trust yatch club games. Shovel knight is awesome
Indeed. I backed this years ago on the Kickstarter and am happy it’s finally coming out. YCG hasn’t really had a miss yet so I bet this will be just as good as the OG Shovel Knight.
Was the shovel knight puzzle game made by ycg? I didn’t like that one, but shovel knight is one my favorite games I played on the 3ds
I believe Pocket Dungeon was co-developed by Vine & YCG, and Dig (much better to be honest, and by a long shot) was developed by Nitrome
no thanks its furry pa3d0 bait and indie
0/10 ragebait, do better.
I love Shovel Knight. I beat the first game but can’t really enjoy or Dig or Pocket Dungeon due to having to restart from the very beginning if you die. I can tell that they are really great but making it where you can’t save your Progress and have to go aol the way back to the beginning is a decision I hate. I bought them both but that choice Ruined both games for me and probably many others. I think modes like that should always be optional, like HardCore is in Minecraft.
