Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition finds its way online and contains all the free DLC

Sonic looking at the stars in Sonic Frontiers

A copy of Sonic Frontiers: Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 has been found and it seems to be legitimate as the barcode registers online. This is all before the actual game has been officially announced by SEGA themselves, which is clearly a rarity. The Definitive Edition contains all the free downloadable content that has been released for Sonic Frontiers, which was released back in 2022. Sonic Frontiers: Definitive Edition is a Game-Key Card. Here’s the front and back covers and what the game contains:

“SIGHTS, SOUNDS, AND SPEED” AND “SONIC’S BIRTHDAY BASH” CONTENT
“THE FINAL HORIZON” STORY CAMPAIGN, BONUS IN-GAME ITEMS, DIGITAL ART BOOK AND MINI SOUNDTRACK

  1. The part on the back saying enhanced for the Nintendo switch 2. Any games that are enhanced for switch 2 only say Nintendo switch 2 edition or enhanced for switch 2, not enhanced for THE switch 2. No one says THE Nintendo switch 2. You got cinned by a fake

      1. Wow, that’s so crazy that physical copies of this game are already out when the game hasn’t been announced yet. Thank you Sickr, That’s actually crazy to see.

    1. That text doesn’t make much sense unless this is exclusive for the switch 2? Like just say “Enchanced for modern hardware” or something even though frontiers was already on ps5 and xbox series.

      1. The game flopped so they sell it again…. people forget the game was being sold for as low as $20 less than a week after release. Sega greedy with this bumbass game! Watch next game wikl be the same

    2. And it also says on the back, nintendo switch is a trademark of Nintendo, true but this version is a Nintendo switch 2 version, shouldn’t it say switch 2 is a trademark of Nintendo?

    3. Im actually really interested in this since it includes all updates and dlc, but being on the crap key defeats the entire purpose. If it has a physical ps5 version, i would definitely get it someday.

  2. I think this is real because it is hugely disappointing as it is a game key card rather than a cartridge

  3. Trash game that was overhyped and sold at $20 less than a week after release. My guess Sonic Central coming soon where they announce more kart racing DLC and Frontiers 2 tease no name or release just tease a dragged out 30 minutes. Sonic 4 I assume will randomly get a trailer or Gamescom/TGA.

  4. Mobian girls are hot AF.. 🔥 🤤 🔥

    Sonic chicks are better than
    Mario chicks!! Mario fkn LOST!!

  5. Anyone buying this deserves to be made fun of $70 for a game you can get for $20 or less. Sonic has been bad since Sonic Black Knight after that it was ruined.

    1. The worst part is all this key card garbage.. if Nintendo had cheap storage this wouldn’t be an issue.

Paying high price for something that isn’t fully on card is lame. Key cards should be far cheaper, or just don’t even bother having key cards to start with.

    1. Thats the case with a lot of the Sonic articles on this site. For some reason so many people on this site seem to hate Sonic. Oh and find my pages
