Nintendo building Technology Development Centre as R&D base for new hardware and software

Nintendo has announced its new plans to construct a new Technology Development Centre. The site for this building will be built on land in Kyoto owned by Nintendo and acquired by the company in 2022. Nintendo’s new Technology Development Centre will be a research and development base for new hardware and innovative new software to be used by developers for future research and development and is planned to be completed by March 2029.
