SEGA has announced that players who own the content-packed Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be able to play as Amigo today. The character will be free to everyone who owns the game. Starting 10th September at 5pm PT and until 13th September fans can jump in for the Samba de Amigo festival and earn festival points for decals, gadgets and more. Here’s what’s included:
- Amigo as a playable character
- Special “Amigo (Classic)” Skin featuring Amigo’s signature sombrero
- Amigo’s vehicle, the Locomotive de Amigo
- Special emotes and sounds
- “VAMOS A CARNAVAL” 2023 Version, (Final Lap)
- “Let’s find and shake it” (Jukebox Only)
