Nintendo of America has released another incredibly fun looking New Super Mario Bros 2 trailer for the Nintendo 3DS. New Super Mario Bros 2 will be released in Europe on August 17th, and those that pre-order the game in the United Kingdom via Game or GameStation will be eligible to receive a one-off collectable gold coin case. New Super Mario Bros 2 will launch in North America on August 19th.

I think one big problem with it from SM3DL is that if you as much as see it, you can’t get a perfect in the game

Shiny stars? The five stars I have don’t shine, does that mean I didn’t get perfect?
To get em shiny, you cant die 5 times in a row, meaning you cant even see the golden tanooki leaf :p i deleted my file and started over when i found out. took me a while but i have my 5 shiny stars ^^

What are you guys talking about? 3D Land was pretty cool, it was easy, but it was good. Also, getting the 5 golden sparkling stars file and finishing the last world was really fun and rewarding.
For me, it wasn’t bad by any means, it just had many aspects that frustrated me. I found the controls to be annoying, and the 3D effects messed with my eyes and made it difficult for me to judge distances. The levels also just failed to capture my imagination the way the Galaxy games or NSMB games did. I’m not one of those people who thought it to be too easy overall, because I’m horrible at platformers to begin with- I ended up getting the golden leaf in many levels and ran out of lives completely a few times throughout the game.
