Today’s Nintendo Direct featured release dates galore for the 3DS and Wii U, but it also took some time to highlight some of the indie games due to be released on the home console. In the video above, you’ll find some lovely gems, including Ittle Dew – the Zelda-esque puzzle adventure – Festival of Magic from SnowCastle Games, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and plenty of others we’ve not mentioned. It’s certainly a great time for indie titles, and Nintendo is definitely embracing the field with an abundance on offer in the near future. Let us know which ones you’d like to play in the comments below.
From what I’ve been told, there will be cross-platform multiplayer on Wii U in Nnooo’s Cubeman 2, playing against PC, Linux, Mac and iOS players. Nice touch.

I played the Giana Sisters demo on PS3, and I really dug it. I’m not easily impressed, either. Definitely a getter.
Please understand, that with indie games like these, you don’t need 3rd party rehash.
Holy Arceus, that’s a lot of game. The only ones I recognize among them is QUBE and Scram Kitty.
