If you are a major Mario Tennis fan, Nintendo has announced new features for Mario Tennis Ultra Smash. These include a new jump shot, 4 player local multiplayer, online multiplayer, mega battles, and Super Smash Bros.-like amiibo support. Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is set to release November 20, 2015 on Wii U.

Does this mean all characters in US will get an amiibo so it’s not limited to just those who are also in Smash? If this is what leads to a Waluigi amiibo and Wario-in-his-original-outfit amiibo, then so be it.
