A new first-person shooter called Swap Fire is being developed by Midnight Status for Wii U. In the game, shooting your opponents opens up a wormhole that swaps your positions. There are several modes featured as well. You can oust your opponent off the edge in Drop Zone, dominate the map in Control Point, sharpen your skills in Story Mode or go for gold in Soccer. Swap Fire will soon become available on Wii U via the Nintendo eShop.
First-Person Shooter ‘Swap Fire’ Coming Soon To Wii U

Ooow this looks fucking interesting.
Never mind. I fucking take what I said back.
[[[It looks like the human mind, repetitive, chaotic and pure nonsense]]]
Looks bland to be honest.
I can smell the hipster from it saying “Oh look at us, we’ve got a unique game for mechanic that’ll make you wish you never bought our game to begin with!”
Hm, the IDEA of the mechanic seems interesting. Not too sure about the implementation from what I’ve seen. Playing it should be a different story though.
What the fuck another shit ass game
It’s obviously very early alpha footage. Wait until it’s more polished before passing judgement.
Anyway, we still have Soul Axiom and ChasingDead on the horizon, as far as FPS games are concerned.
Soul Axiom hasn’t been released on the Wii U yet? Shame.
Not yet. It had some framerate problems, if I recall correctly, so it was delayed to work on it a bit more.
That is definitely a shame. I hope they can fix the issues before some people lose interest in getting it on Wii U & get it on Steam instead.
Kind of sounds like a weird Portal rip-off to me
