I saw these at my local Halloween City store as well, pretty funny looking but they’re cute I suppose. :P
Seem child sized. They look cool tho. If they fit I’d get them all as I’m still in a GO craze.

These are clearly made for children, not adults. I found a nice pair at Hot Topic that had all four of these Pokemon printed on the sides and had no odd shape to it.
