I have yet to find ANYTHING that suggests that you can pre-order this bundle. Walmart’s website doesn’t acknowledge its existence yet. And Nintendo has said nothing about pre-orders. It seems that somebody published misinformation and the rest of these sites are just copying what they said instead of going straight to Nintendo as their source.
