Shigeru Miyamoto has expressed his interest in developing a remake of the highly regarded Legend of Zelda: Link To The Past presumably for the Nintendo 3DS.
Whether or not we will see a Nintendo 3DS remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link To The Past remains to be seen but it would inevitably be a huge hit for Nintendo and would go down exceptionally well with the fans.
I think A Link to the Past. Do you remember Xevious? It’s two-layered and I really wanted to create that at the time. So to see Link to the Past in two layers would be quite attractive for me.

First of all Wind waker was the best one out of the series and it needs to be remade for the 3ds
I know right! seriously!
I think it’d be cool to see it re-done as an entirely 3D game, I mean, yeah, it’d take longer, but imagine A Link To The Past, in a similar style to Ocarina of Time 3D :D
I hope this doesn’t happen, one of the things with ALTTP is that it’s perfect the way it is, some 20 years on and you cannot fault it.
Maybe a fresh lick of paint, though I have no idea what this duel layer thing would look like seeing as I’ve never heard of Xevious.

first saw the post pic and thought it’d be wind waker, that would look awesome in 3D, seeing those islands way off in the distance. then I thought majoras mask too, it was different but fun in it’s own way. they should do a “legend of zelda: all stars” for 3DS, with ocarina, majoras, wind waker and twilight princess, I’d buy that..
i wish they remade Wind Waker for the 3DS since it’s my fav in the series

I already have it on Wii, so meh. Didn’t get Ocarina of Time on the Wii because I heard about it on 3DS first.
No. But a direct sequel to it, with the graphics in 3d, but still from above. Just a polygon Link (and all the enemies) And analogue stick.
They should do a Link’s Awakening remake!

I think that Majora’s Mask should be the next logical choice after Ocarina. It ties in so beautifully and it would give Nintendo a chance to fix the only true fault that game has; the save system!
I think that a Special Edition of Wind Waker after that with some of the stuff they had to remove put back in and fixing the Tri-Force piece quest to be less arbitrary and boring.
Who wants Majora’s Mask?
Just make a new one!

I have this game on GBA.
I’d only support a re-make of this game if they either A) make brand new HD sprites for it, or B) remake it using 3D sprites. Otherwise, make the GBA version downloadable with 4swords.

Loving the 3d effect on the ocarina of time I do well hope they make another 3ds version of one of the legend of zelda series but the one I want is skyward sword from the trailers off the wii at e3 I hope the flying fighting would be good with that 3ds look and it would help it sell just like the ocarina of time has looking forward to any 3d remakes on the 3ds anyway there all good and skyward sword would be in 2013 till they would make a 3d remake of skyward sword :D legend of zelda rules big time
MM was pretty good, but i think WW needs to be remade. I think WW would have better graphics on the 3ds other than MM. Just think about sailing in 3d. I dont know why you guys are hating on WW. WW was the only game that had me frightened once which was when you had to go through forsaken fortress without a sword. You could only hide in a barrel and the controller would rumble when that big pig-thingy turns. Also WW had a pretty big map with almost 50 different islands to explore. No one even mentioned anything about treasure hunting in your boat. You guys arent giving WW enough credit. It should be remade for the 3ds.
