Nintendo of America has issued a press release stating that the incredible Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time 3D managed to shift more than 283,000 units after only 11 days on sale in the United States. The numbers were revealed by the NPD group , which tracks video game sales in the United States. Hopefully Nintendo will now decide to bring The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask to the Nintendo 3DS.

I rather have Wind Waker on my 3DS :) Skip MM, it’s the only Zelda I really really don’t like.

I really love Majora’s Mask as well and I would be really excited if Nintendo announced a 3DS port.
I would like any other quality game to come out, lol. MM, Windwaker, Sunshine. Heck, a third Mario 64 remake would be great, lol.

I’m really hoping for Majora’s Mask, all those masks and their powers. Beautiful! And Majora’s Mask is my favorite game. For me personally, it ranks higher than Ocarina of Time. Here’s hoping! -crosses fingers-

I love majora’s mask more than oot, it has a much better storyline and more sidequests, and it’s dark and depressing.
Majora’s Mask is amazing, I would LOVE to see it on the 3DS, it’s hard to decide which I prefer out of MM and OOT, but eitherway, MM on the 3DS would be the best thing ever!
Majora’s Mask is one of the best Zelda installments and I’d welcome a 3DS port…but I prefer to have a new, original Zelda first.
Yeah, I was thinking a new title would be a lot better than a port, so long as the “new” title uses the revamped Ocarina style graphics rather than Cel-shaded style and gameplay from Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks.

ok, ok, so, where the heck is a Wind Waker remake for my freaking beloved 3DS??? I really think they should make it, i am [in fact] NOT buying Ocarina or even Majora`s simply coz i think Wind Waker was the best “3D” The Legend of Zelda`s game and is bein ignored by NoA, so if anytime they come up with it i’d CERTAINLY buy’em all. i also think they MUST give a link to the past a chance on te 3DS at least as a virtual console game since they already made links awakening available they got to do it also with Oracle of Ages/Seasons AND A Link to the Past.
I think Grezzo did fantastic job with the remake of Ocarina of Time, but I’d like to see another developer take on Majora’s Mask. A new developer for each 3DS Zelda game would be nice, and it would add something new to each game. I like the fact that Nintendo seem to be giving their remakes to other companies to develop, this gives Nintendo time to make new games.

Whoever didn’t like Majora’s mask either didn’t get the Fierce Deity Mask or didn’t finish it at all.
Please stop with all the ‘bring Wind Waker/Majora’s Mask/Twilight Princess whatever to the 3DS’ It’s not gonna happen. Ocarina of time was remade as a 25th anniversary thing because OoT is considered the best Zelda released. Do you really want Nintendo to just spend time releasing the whole back catalogue of Zelda or work on an entirely new one?

3DS has more capabilities than NES, SNES.N64, GCN, GB, GBC, GBA, and DS, right?
ALL Zelda games up to the date were released on those consoles.
They can easily pick up a good couple of games and remake them on 3DS & Wii U!ies than NES, SNES.N64, GCN, GB, GBC, GBA, and DS, right?

Happy for the sales but I would expect it to be more higher since it sold out everywhere in my area for a few days.
I would buy Majora’s Mask, not Windwaker, that game is too recent & was kinda boring. Also they could ADD a NEW Master Quest to Majora’s Mask. :)
Also, new games, please, with new IPs. n.n
I’m not surprised by this. Nintendo 3DS owners are chomping at the bit for quality titles and whenever they hit the market the buy them up quickly.
