Japanese gaming publication Famitsu has received a greetings card sent to them by the Pokemon Company. Within the card is a message stating that more amazing Pokemon games will be released in 2012 than in 2011. What Pokemon related game would you like to see next?

Last time i checked, Gamefreak said they wont be making Pokemon Gray, similar to emerald or platinum. I’m hoping it’s a new Mystery Dungeon ^_^

You do realize they said that when B/W weren’t out internationally right? They did it so B/W sales wouldn’t tank. Of course a Gray is coming, they just wanted to protect their hides. You don’t announce a better version when the current ones aren’t out. Now that they are out, they can freely announce Gray.
I was hoping that there would be a new 3DS Pokemon game. I saw pictures of a Pokemon game for the 3DS showing that you could use your Pokedex AR markers and make your Pokemon battles come to life.

Rumour has it there might be a ruby/saphire for ds and crystal for ds in the works. Crystal was my favourite so I hope so.

The creators said they would never make a main Pokemon game for a home console. Pokemon will always be for the handhelds.

I think we need a main series game on the 3DS. The system is doing well enough that they should be able to move the series to the 3DS now. Pokemon Rumble Blast may not have done too well, but honestly, the spin-off games don’t always fare well. But I think everyone’s ready for Pokemon 3DS!

I would love to see either a Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire remake or a new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game, since the Mystery Dungeon series is extremely underrated.

Pokemon Grey will come out for the DS in Japan late 2012 and US/EU early 2013.
The series won’t move to 3DS till 2014.

All the regions in one game. Start at indigo, after elite four take a ferry to kanto, etc.
3rd gen remakes, or another Pokemon RPG game where it’s called: Pokemon: 5 regions.
You start in Johto in New Bark Town, go through Johto & beat all 8 gym leaders, then travel to Kanto to Pallet town & get your Kanto starter from Prof. Oak & go through Kanto & get all 8 badges, then battle the league & defeat Lance. Once you defeat Lance, Prof. Elm & Oak come running to congratulate you on your win & give you a ticket to go to the Hoenn region. You get on the boat to the Hoenn region. You get off in Littleroot town & meet Prof. Birch. He gives you your first Hoenn starter & sends you through the Hoenn region. You get all eight badges & defeat the league. You travel home to New Bark Town. Your mom/mum tells you to go see Prof. Elm at Mr Pokemon’s house on route 31. You go there & see Prof. Elm & Oak there. They hand you a ticket to go on the next boat to Sinnoh. You get on the boat & travel to Sinnoh. You get off at Twinleaf town & find out that your mom/mum has a secret house here. She is in the house & waiting for you to see her. When you walk in she tells you to go to Sandgem town & see Prof. Rowan to get your first Sinnoh starter. You get your starter & go on your journey. You get all 8 badges & defeat the league. You meet your mom/mum at the house in Twinleaf town & you travel home together, back to Johto. When you arrive, Prof. Elm, Oak, Birch & Rowan are there to greet you. Prof. Oak tells you that all of you (Prof. Elm, Oak, Birch, Rowan, your mom/mum & you) are all going to the Unova region. You board the plane waiting for you & you take off. You arrive at Nuvema town. When you step off the plane, there is a house for everyone to live in. Waiting inside is Prof. Juniper, holding a box. She opens it & shows you three Poke’balls, one with your first Unova starter. You choose your starter & go on your journey. You get all 8 badges (you should have 40 badges) & defeat the league. You go to Nuvema town where everyone is there to greet you & congratulate you. There are four planes waiting for their passengers. You get on the Johto plane with your mom/mum & Prof. Elm. You go home. You get your own personal Pilot & Boater, so you can revisit the regions. That is what the next RPG game should be.

You finished the league with level 50 and you leave again to zero in another region, with them? Or the prof will remove them? Incense is made here XD
If you capture more Pokemon to train & level up, you take them to the next region. But you still can use your Pokemob from the first region.
Or do as Ash does, and just leave it all behind for a fresh start.
Either way would be good.
Make an RPG for the wii like they have on the DS. OR make remakes of the kanto/hoen regions :).

Gray hopefully, then remakes of sapphire and ruby, then an RPG for the Wii like colosseum or XD and maybe even remake them, then the next installment of the main RPG for the DS and eventually a game that contains all regions!

I could see 3rd Gen remakes, “Gray” version, that weird crossbred game they’re working on called “Pokemon + Nobunaga’s Ambition”, and PokePark 2. I’m personally only excited for a possible “Gray” version and 3rd Gen remake.
I think “amazing” is too strong of a word to describe the games coming out. Until ‘grey’ comes out, everything else is most likely going to be Pokemon Dash type stuff

emerald is my favorite GBA game. i would LOVE a complete overhaul like heartgold and soulsilver. i would buy it! but i’d prefer it to be on the 3DS over the DS, think about it. pokemon mains are always in the top 10 for the year! so with a R/S remake on 3DS, the sales would skyrocket!
Yeah, I bought my DS just for Pokémon D/P. If they made one for the 3DS people will buy the 3DS.
It’s a win-win situation for me. Generations III and V are my two favorites.
I want a main series game, but I want the battle style to be an action game with RPG elements kinda like Kingdom Hearts…I REALLY WANT TO FREELY MOVE MY POKEMON IN BATTLE LIKE THEY DO IN THE ANIME!
