Nintendo Japan has announced that they are releasing a special limited edition Pokemon X & Y themed Nintendo 3DS. The console features a special print of legendary Pokemon Xerneas and Yveltal on the top case. The Pokemon X & Y Nintendo 3DS will be available to purchase in both blue and red and has only been announced for Japan so far.

Since it’s Pokemon, I’m 100% sure they’ll release this 3DS (whatever it looks like)here since its an easy promo for the new games (unlike the Eevee & Charizard special editions which simply promote the series). I also hope they do another nation-wide tour like with the release of B/W, free swag, waiting in line battlan, and hot cosplayers!

The Japanese alphabet doesn’t contain a later X. So they replace it with another L to translate.

Your question was actually appropriate since when sickr stated that pokemon X/Y themed 3DS XL is coming, that statement implied that it’s coming to countries other than Japan (because XL in Japan is LL) which is obviously not true, yet.
Their humbleness has helped nintendo and the 3DS to print MONEY!!! this shall be an amazing game.
The 3DS, nintendo’s foundation on how team Wii U should proceed. It is such a comfort to have, also it allows nintendo the time gospel on the home consoles Gems. If nintendo just market the 3DS and WiiU as Capcom marketed monster hunter 3 Ultimate WiiU and 3DS. It was Boss!

lol at the dude saying people with 3ds are babies or that this guy secretly makes fun of us. 3ds has been like the king of handhelds this generation so far, selling my vita tomorrow to get more trade credit for U and 3ds games. i really hope this special edition xl comes to canada and the states, i got rid of my other xl cause it broke and i just got the small black one now, but ill totally upgrade to anoyher one again if they release this! gives me memories of my yellow pikachu edition gameboy colour i had back in the day! wish there were pics of the system though
