Animal Crossing: New Leaf Postmortem At GDC 2014

Nintendo’s Aya Kyogoku and Katsuya Eguchi will be hosting a special Animal Crossing: New Leaf postmortem at this year’s Games Developer Conference which takes place in  San Francisco, California from March 17th to the 21st. The Animal Crossing: New Leaf postmortem will be a chance for Kyogoku and Eguch to explain what it was like working on such an acclaimed and popular franchise. This postmortem will be one hour-long and a date and time will be announced shortly.

  1. Overrated franchise. I’ve played some simulation games in the past and all of them were better than this crud. Even Harvest Moon is better than this, and I’m not even a huge fan of it.

  2. I’ve been LOVING this game since September 2013. But it’s starting to get a bit tiresome now, since I’ve accomplished probably 80% of everything that CAN be accomplished in the game. Except the paintings. I only have one painting in the museum. Crazy Redd NEVER comes to my town for some reason., And I have yet to understand the point of the Reset Center/Centre, Coffee Shop and the Dream Suite.

    There’s not much left to do in this game. And I swear, every time I want to go to the island via Wi-Fi (international), it’s always when the Asians are playing the game. I can never talk to anyone because they all speak Japanese etc. I guess I should try it earlier than I do.
