Seductive Dungeon has confirmed that it is developing Mars Harpoon for Wii U. In the 2D side-scrolling action game, players control a 24-year-old biologist named Kristen, who blasts hordes of enemies as she travels through maze-like caverns while trying to survive temples riddled with hazards. Kristen’s main objective is to hunt for the source of evil and destroy it. The release date for Mars Harpoon has yet to be revealed.

Only because that’s all I ever hear about. There’s never any major, hardcore games announced. Only casual indie games that Sony and Microsoft fanboys love to insult.

He does have a point though, Most idie devs are taking the advantage on all the systems but it can get akwards at times.

With more Indie support and growing, Wii U will be looked at as a haven for old school gaming. Not to mention there will be more future hit Wii U titles to come.
No it won’t, unless indie games start selling like hotcake, and let’s be honest they’re not going to, 3rd parties are gonna bother with a fanbases that only buys Nintendo games

Surely, I’m not the only one who’s irritated by the fact that indies are the only thing getting announced for the Wii U am I? Seriously. Titanfall came out for XB1. Infamous Second Son came out for PS4. Where are those type of games Nintendo? I didn’t buy the Wii U to play games equivalent to smartphone quality.
This is the closest thing to Metroid, that we’ll get and I’m ok with it. Sounds awesome!

Have you ever imagined playing an old classic that you loved and wanted it to be online to show off your skills or even play with friends and family that live to far away to play the game with them. Imagine Super Mario World with online and voice chat, Mario kart with online and voice chat or even super smash bros! from N64 with online multiplayer and voice chat the list can go on and on this can be something that I know will be a hit! We together can make this happen if we show nintendo that we really want this! This would be amazing!
