Sanuk Games has announced its latest bombing frenzy game will be heading over to the Wii U eShop soon. If you’re not averse to the odd swear word or two, Bombing Bastards means serious business in an all new homage to the king of explosions, Bomberman. Though the title may be subject to change to a more family friendly Nintendo name, the strategic maze-based game will present players with 30 crazy mazes, hellish bosses and bring multiplayer action for up to four other players. You can check out the trailer above, as well as some of the key features below.
Highly original
lol! Love the name.
I would rather have Bomberman but I guess this’ll do until Konami lets Hudson Soft release them.
Hudson Soft doesn’t exist anymore. Konami has Bomberman though.
Totally not a rip off of Bomberman, no sir.
lololololol all the weaku has is retarded indie arcade games and 20 year old snes games lololololol
Speaking of weak…
It also has little 12 year olds who don’t like it who post silly things online looking like a complete tit.
I really would prefer Bomberman, but this looks like it’s got some cool stuff going for it. I may try it out sometime.
price?
great name
Awesome.
If we can’t have Bomberman, a Bomberman clone will have to do. And this looks like a pretty decent one. Glad it has online too!
Sorry but why is it allowed to be called this?
Because the game developer can name there game whatever they want. Allowed??? Haha what?
It does seem a silly name. There’s nothing adult about the game but my wife was annoyed I’d let the kids play it. Needless risk to sales.
Nothing wrong with clones. I mean look the aaa market lol fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps fps
What I’m wondering is if Nintendo Life will censor the title like they censored my username back there before I left.
Bomberman with a Teen rated title name..sounds intriguing. C:
Technically, it’s not a “bad” word, but it’s one of those “gray area” words. (Ex. Crap, douche, tits, balls, ect.)
The trouble is, it looks like a rip-off. I don’t care if there are rip-offs, but it just looks like such a cheap knock-off.
It’s like they got Bomberman, took the fun, and drained it out. I’m sure it’s decent (how bad could a clone of Bomberman be?), but they could have at least made it look interesting or made it more charming.
Bombing Bastards sounds more like a rated T game. I like that!
That name will not survive. Nintendo is NOT going to have a title named Bastards in their eshop.
shut up and take my money
very cool!
