Recently-surfaced rumors have suggested that Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 (PES 2015) is heading to Wii U. Konami has since debunked those claims and said a Wii U version of the soccer simulation title isn’t in development. The game is set to launch this September on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Earlier this year, Konami announced its plans to release seven major console titles in 2015.

Please stop saying “our empire”. It’s fans like that which bring down the reputation of companies. Seriously, you can love something, but being so obsessed to the point of practically making a company your religion is just stupid. It’s not impossible to say, “Xbox might become irrelevant sometime soon. Maybe Bethesda and EA might go bankrupt too. It’s a good thing this game isn’t going on Wii U, I’d rather go outside and play it.”
Personally, it’s sad this isn’t going on Wii U. Another game that could’ve brought new people to the system. If our “holy machines” don’t get 3rd party support, it will be a massive failure in terms of profit. The 1st party games might be fun, but not everyone wants to play Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, etc. all the time. Even I prefer to play Assassin’s Creed 4 on my Wii U than New Super Mario Bros. occasionally.
He’s role-playing when he says stuff like “our empire”. Don’t take it seriously. I’m pretty sure he is concerned about the lack of Wii U games just as much as you are in real life.
Funny thing is though he never breaks away from his character and it is seriously impossible to tell when he is being serious anymore. Although, his role-playing can be a bit too much and actually offend you sometimes, you can never really tell who the heck he is and how he really talks. Me personally, the one thing I have against “Nintendo Commander” is the hate towards Xbox and PS. I know it’s supposed to be in his character to be only concerned about Nintendo, but that can get slightly annoying I guess. It’s even funnier though when NC says something completely biased and somebody agrees. Guess they must have forgot he was just RP’ing. XD
I only hate the Xbots and Xboxes, I only hate Sonyan extremists but I don’t hate the PS…
I merely dislike the direction they have taken since PS3 in many areas and their obsession with graphics and specs…
But first and most, mainly because nothing they offer appeals to me enough to warrant a purchase…

Are there ANY soccer/Football games on the WiiU? I personally never cared about sport video games but most people actually look for these type of games for their consoles so it’s a shame that the WiiU is totally overlooked when it comes to this genre of video games.

I like my PS4 but come on these games are all less than 3 years old. I’m disappointed in these remakes.
What’s annoying to me is The Last of Us remaster. That game is only a year old, yet people are defending it because “lots of Xbox fans jumped over to PS4.” I think they could have at least waited a few years. Another reason why that bugs me is because Uncharted 4 is coming out soon, why the hell would anyone want to jump right into Uncharted 4 without playing the first three? Those games should have gotten the remakes. TLoU fans are the worst though, and they think the game was gods gift to mankind.
I was only thinking of already released games, but you’re right, there’s also Metro Last Light and Sleeping Dogs.
I honestly don’t mind the TLOU Remaster, I mean, there was a huge demand for it. As far as I’ve heard, it sold more than 1.5 million units in its first 24 hours, so I guess it turned out to be a quite good decision, financial-wise, considering it must have pushed the PS4 sales as well.
But I agree with you on the other games, there was absolutely no need to remake those, I mean, they weren’t even really THAT big. At least not big enough to need a remake within, what, 1-3 years.
Also, I’ve heard a remake of the Uncharted series might actually happen quite soon, so yea. (: Would totally buy that btw.
The only people that got to play The Last Of Us were PS3 owners. If it’s on PS4, more people like myself that because could not get a PS3 and play it last gen could be able to do so without having to buy a last generation console. People complaining because it’s a year old are stupid. Because 1: Not everyone is able to get the game as soon as it released. And 2: They use it as an excuse to make the other console look like it is getting more new games. Why the hell should I wait 5 years for a remake? Lol. Remakes are for people that have NEVER PLAYED THE GAME. Like for example I never played Zelda WW before I got a Wii U and now I got WWHD. I didn’t even own a 7th gen console so whatever gets remade is aimed at people like me. Everybody needs to stop complaining about remakes because they are a GOOD thing. You can bet the whole damn Nintendo fanbase will buy Majora’s Mask (myself included) if it gets remade. Lmao.
And yes, I would jump into Uncharted 4 even though I haven’t played the first 3. I’ve started with the third or fourth game in a series before.

Developers just want the money and I don’t blame them but Nintendo is about having fun playing what you like. Sports games make no sense to me when you just go play it outside which is how people had fun back then.
Anyway, I don’t think sports game would even make a difference. The ones that do may consist of either of these qualities:
1) Good story(Xenoblade)
2)Gameplay(Mostly all Nintendo games)
But what most people want are things that look good which shows how people really only care about looks rather than anything. That just makes me sad, how much influence the media has on people. Pong, Super Mario Bros., The Lengend of Zelda, still great games and yet it isn’t flashy. Nintendo always focuses on what makes a video game a video game. Graphics is just a plus and not a necessity but it seems like a necessity to the people who play video games. Imagination can only go so far until you reach reality simulation which at that point isn’t really imagination anymore.

But I think Konami should try to fill the void left by EA.

I don’t really care for this game but…. why are so many third parties being schizophrenic about the Wii U? Namco, Ubisoft, Konami, Capcom, Activision. The Wii U is polarizing than I thought… And that is why I will always LOVE SEGA! They and Platinum ,to an extent, are like the only companies that still completely care about the Big N. Which is ironic seeing that Sega and Nintendo were once rivals.
