Natsume has announced that Lufia: The Legend Returns will arrive in North America this Thursday, January 15th, on Virtual Console for Nintendo 3DS via the Nintendo eShop. Originally released in 2001 on Game Boy Color, the role-playing title focuses on a young swordsman named Wain. Players must travel to Doom Island to neutralize the threat of evil Sinistrals, and they’ll meet other adventurers along the way. The 3DS Virtual Console release of Lufia: The Legend Returns has been available since last year in Europe.

Secret of Mana is a yes from me, too. But what I really want is Secret of Mana 3.
All of the Secret of Mana games deserve a remake and update to the new systems. I never got a chance to play the version that was for PS one. But it looked absolutely beautiful and fun.
