This should come as great news for Fire Emblem fans as Nintendo of Australia says that the newly announced title will be coming this year to the Nintendo 3DS. The news was announced in a recent Nintendo of Australia news letter which says Fire Emblem 3DS is coming this year along with previously revealed titles such as Xenoblade Chronicles 3D and Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D.
Thanks, Link
I am really wondering when they are going to release xenoblade x for wii u…. if its the holidays its going to not sell well because of zelda, and it can t be in the same time as splatoon or xenoblade 3ds, because the sales will be lowered for each titles. Any guesses?

Mmh… idk, I’d say Splatoon before the holidays ( let’s hope, why not ), Xenoblade during the holidays, same as Starfox, and Zelda at the end of the year.

I know many people do not care about the Mario and Donkey Kong title, but what happened to the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series? Are Mario and Donkey Kong friends now? I wished that series would return to the “Donkey Kong” GameBoy title or the “Mario vs. Donkey Kong” GBA title.

As long as a New 3DS limited edition Fire Emblem bundle is being made then I willing to wait.

Of course it’s coming this year. While the Direct was on SPRING games this is clearly coming this year. Unlike Zelda or something we got to see a LOT in the trailer, you can tell it’s pretty far along. I wouldn’t be surprised if it came out in Spring in Japan, and Fall for us.

Actually, in the japanease direct Iwata mentioned that it would be released on the summer of 2015. Hopefully they release it world wide on the same day (like they did with Pokémon x and y).

I thought that was already confirmed? Anyway doesn’t this FE look really different compared to other FE games? That’s not a bad thing of course, and the gameplay remains the same, but I feel like this game is more… exotic. o.o

Indeed. It does look that way.

Wow.
That would be quite a haul if we get Fire Emblem in that short a timespan.

Yeah, I sort of assumed the new Fire Emblem would be either coming out during autumn or the holidays. January to March 2016 at the latest.

This is already confirmed for the 3DS but no signs for Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem for Wii U.. losing hope in life.

Well, I hope the new FE is better than Awakening, which felt a bit watered down in terms of strategy. & the player could too easily stray from the main campaign.
Also, I hope New 3DS is unnecessary for this game.

I don’t think I could ever be a fan of games like Fire Emblem or Xenoblade. I just hate the way they look. Zelda eats those games for dinner and craps them out.

What? Now that’s ridiculous. I’ve never played a Fire Emblem game before but I played the demo of Awakening and it is amazing. I knew right then and there that it would be an amazing game. The gameplay is awesome and the cutscenes are beautiful. I can already tell it’ll be one of my favorite 3DS games once I get around to it.
