Wow, these defective Amiibo figures seem to be getting slightly out of hand. If this headless Bowser Amiibo is genuine then it has to be possibly the best one we’ve seen yet. It looks like something that wouldn’t seem out-of-place in something like Luigi’s Mansion. I’m not sure if the owner intends to put it on eBay, but it could fetch a pretty penny.

At first defects were extra arms or swords but now people are pulling the parts off their amiibo and claiming they came that way, I.e. “fake” defects

People only buy these defected amiibo so they can sell them online for quick bucks.
I truly believe that people are doing this to the amiibo themselves. I have never seen a single factory error amiibo in stores. The closest I’ve seen to a factory error amiibo is amiibos that are turned sideways in the packaging, or completely fallen out from the center and are loose in the package. I seen 3 Marios this way at Wal-Mart, and one Yoshi.
