Threshold from developer QuadraTron Games is being considered for Wii U. The game, which is raising funds via Kickstarter, is a puzzle-platformer where a gnomish wizard know as Hood needs to find a way through a series of mysterious doorways. Inspired by classics like Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country, Threshold hopes to create a world that gives the player the freedom to go their own way and get rewarded for taking risks. QuadraTron estimates its upcoming game will launch toward the end of the year.

Seriously at this rate the Wii U will have more indies than the Ouya
hi hater
And is that a problem? Because 360 had that same shit and the ONLY “exclusives” it got was Gears and Halo which both are on PC so they’re technically not exclusive. Gears is finished and Halo is dull riding on a milking train to get derailed like Master Chief Collection. What does Xbox have left? Nothing. So at this point, Wii U is in a better position for offering good games (THAT AREN’T BROKEN OVERHYPED POS) indie or not.
I thought nintendo was gonna start some quality Threshold when I saw the title :/
I thought they were saying they are realizing that they already have enough Platformers on the system.
“Considered” not confirmed. lol
the game looks meh…..honestly…maybe because Guacamelee set the bar too high but looks pretty damn simple
i hope it success tho….
