The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past Comic Will Be Reprinted In May

Graphic novel and manga publisher Viz Media is set to reprint The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past comic later this year. Due for release on May 5, the episodic comic series was originally shown in a number of 1992 Nintendo Power issues, though will now be released as a full comic, complete with a beautiful cover as can be seen above. The adaptation will be based on the events seen in A Link to the Past and will feature illustrations from the late influential manga and anime artist Shotaro Ishinomori. Viz Media has published many comics in the Zelda series, most of which are illustrated by Akira Himekawa. For more information on the comic series, you can visit the publisher’s website, here.

  1. A lot cooler than the Akira Himekawa hackjob. Still, that doesn’t say a lot but if I had to subject myself to either this’d be it.

    1. Nintendo Power had a limited release of the comic in a compiled book form back in the day too. It’s pretty rare. I bought one on ebay last year for about $50.

    2. I fell in love with the StarFox comic series printed in Nintendo Power around the same time period (art and story by Benimaru Itoh) way back in the day, and have always wished that I could get a stand-alone printed version of the entire thing on good paper-stock ever since.

Dare I suggest that this release may raise hope that my wish may soon come true to coincide with the release of StarFox WiiU later this year? I would pay a large sum of money to get an OFFICIAL print of that comic, in it’s entirety. (bootleg prints of magazine scans not included)

    3. Hi there! Quick question that’s totally off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My web site looks weird when viewing from my iphone4. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any suggestions, please share. Thanks!

    7. The battlefields are just enormous, and so is the number of players in each game. When you are in battle, after dying, while waiting to spawn again, you can pick a different loadout to spawn with. This is the first question most of us with the interest ask ourselves and answering it can be sorta tough.

    8. One of the things I’d recalled from our prior trip was the station music, which has a sort of trancey bass line that reminded me from
the Police’s “Tea in the Sahara”. Multiple LEDs could be
combined and flash patterns could be built into circuits to use for decorative effect.
Led light bar vs hid driving lights The LED has been in a position to replace incandescent and
fluorescent bulbs for the excellent luminous efficacy.

They haven’t fulfilled their role within your life knowning that
leads to drama-but only always. Some mini light bars also feature
separate dash and deck brackets together with rear view mirror brackets and suction cups for
      mounting.
