The UK charts have arrived from GFK Chart Track, and another slow week means Mortal Kombat X is still sitting on top for the third week. One more week and it’ll break the record set by Battlefield Hardline so far in 2015. With the lack of new releases, there are no brand new entries this week to mix things up much. Only 4 Nintendo titles feature in this week’s charts; Mario Party 10 is still holding in strong from 37 to 32 this week. Mario Kart 8 remains for a second week only going down one place to 34, as well as Tomodachi Life from 32 to 37. However, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate has climbed significantly from 39 to 21! The top 10 are pretty much the same games, just shuffled around slightly. What do you think of this week’s charts?

ahhhh, it’s probably because everyone that bought it [MH4U] first are urging their friends to get it too, to play online. My brother and my girlfriend both got copies this week.

Why are people still buying Assassin’s Creed:Unity. If people here in the U.K like buying games that start off extremely broken, then why hasn’t Sonic Boom:Rise of Lyric sold well then?????

Unity had some fairly big issues, but most of the problems seemed to be graphical errors which have now been fixed with patches.
Also, Mario Kart 8 HAS TO have surpassed 5 Million by now. It almost always appears on the U.K chart and always appears on the Japan charts. Also, it’s offical, Mario Kart, is more popular than Smash Bros.
1. Duh look at individual sales or the combined sales of each franchise

MKX doesn’t deserve to be anywhere on that list it is the worst fighting game ever made its so boring.
But people buy them regardless of the reputation so there must be something special about it

I just don’t understand why games that have been out for over a year are still above games like Bloodbourne. Bloodbourne should be number one, it’s the best third party game on that list. I mean, people are still buying Minecraft and Battlefield Hardline over Bloodbourne? You people are nuts..
