E3: Nintendo Holding Business Presentation Showing Holiday 2015 Games And 2016 Teases

Not content with holding a special E3 themed Nintendo Direct presentation to showcase new and upcoming games, the company will also be holding a business presentation to a select group of media. The business presentation will show off games coming this holiday season as well as a few games that will make their way to store shelves in 2016. The special business presentation is on June 16th between 9am and 10am PT and will run alongside the E3 Nintendo Direct.

    1. What do you mean by that? They are not going to show off Zelda to just a select few in the media. That would be the most idiotic thing Nintendo has ever done in the history of thier existence…

Yea, let’s not show Zelda to the millions of anxious fans at the biggest gaming event in the world because we are going to show it off to few journalist….

      1. Yah, that is already looking like a stupid decision. I had a feeling they couldn’t help but talk about the 2016 games at some point even though E3 was supposedly to be about 2015, but the decision would consequently backfire with less attention.

“Infedelic disposable waste”? First day hyperbole-ing there, kid?

    2. Konami, Sega, Square Enix and Capcom are the typical Japanese greats from 90´s that all failed to adapt with the time one way or another the past decade so they now think that mobiles will somehow “safe” them or make them relevant again while these companies are not even a shadow of their former selfs.

Nintendo on the other hand is expanding as an entertainment company to QOL and mobiles while still doing dedicated game systems and content for them.

Its kinda ironic that through the time, Nintendo is still here, providing us great quality console games when other companies like the already mentioned Sega,Konami,Capcom etc. have come and gone.

      1. How has Square Enix failed to adapt with the times though? They’ve had some fairly successful games in the past years, and two of the most anticipated games of this gen belong to them. Yes, not every single thing they’ve done has been a wonderful success, but I personally wouldn’t say they need mobile games to “save” them. (That being said, I actually do enjoy their latest mobile game, FF Record Keeper quite a lot, lmao)
Other than that, I think Nintendo is actually one of those who can’t quite adapt to the times, considering they’re lagging behind the competition in some areas. Luckily not to an extent that will make them leave the market sometime soon though, but that’s another story anyway, I suppose.

      3. What I personally dislike the most out of the things they’re behind in is the lack of unified accounts. It affects every single person who owns a Nintendo system, and the fact that it’s still missing in 2015, when the competition has had it for almost 10 years now is ridiculous, in my opinion.
Their lacking online infrastructure is another thing I hope they’ll improve on with their future platforms. But yea, as you’ve said, hopefully they won’t require us to pay for their online services, though I’m almost sure it will happen eventually. I personally wouldn’t mind it all that much, as long as they improve the online experience with it and maybe add some extras like the competition does, but yea, the whole thing being free wouldn’t be too bad either. :)

  2. Oh my gamepad…. Are they gonna steal six e3 in a row? They should just call it N3 where nintendo seal quality games should b praise.. But instead we got a E3 where no matter how much sony and Microsoft rehash games and concept it’s always praise with there too serious Ass and last but not least sony always win cause they fan base can’t accept a L especially at e3

    1. To be honest, Microsoft is doing a better job then Sony at the moment in terms of games. Sony has NOTHING for this year apart from a re-release of the Last of Us DLC Standalone and Bloodborne, that’s about it.

      Nintendo will floor both though

      1. You know what. i believe you the only reason i decided to get a PS4 instead because all my friends are on it. The Xone had almost a purchases on killer instinct name alone and then halo grabed my interest and there exclusive at this point is seeming to b legit but ps4 got the exclusive sf5 at the moments so im like thats a come up for for my library but still feel bad for xbox one and nintendo gamers

      2. Biggest ironic, because at the beginning of their Next Gen cycle, PS4 was considered superior than Xbox One. I guess Microsoft’s popularity and the use of Halo and other games have surpassed Sony performance

      3. Idk about that.. They both good and show there owns reason for a purchase. Like xbox seems alot more for intensive play. While ps4 great for netflix and there free games, and online this time around been approve greatly I still prefer to been able to play my downloaded ps3 libary games on it, that would of been a plus my main friend stop playing online because it costly but refuse to buy a wii u since he’s a follower

    2. Sony doesn’t rehash their games that much. It’s mainly the big 3 third party devs. Ubisoft, Activision and EA. Microsoft rehashes as well because they don’t have many relevant IP’s.

      1. There’s been 3 main Uncharted games. The 4th is the last one.

God of War isn’t really rehashed. There were 2 of them on the PS3 and they decided to remaster God of War 3 on the PS4 (shrugs shoulders). They are making a new one on the PS4, not a big deal.

Ratchet and Clank hasn’t been good since Tools of Destruction so who cares lol.

      2. Tool’s of destruction.. This man/women speak the truth.. But i say this they all rehash nintendo, sony, and Microsoft, but the real question is why fix something that’s not broken look at fear 3 or the sonic franchises ….. I think we can all agree

      3. Still, they pretty much rehashed a year old game.

So really, Sony this generation has more rehashes and not to mention that they really only have 2 good exclusives so far, and the third one you can easily get on PS3 for half the price

        Like

      4. Do you even know what rehashing means? lmao
None of the franchises you’ve mentioned have been rehashed, actually. Just because they’re franchises with multiple entries, doesn’t mean they’re rehashed. Does that mean you think TLoZ is being rehashed? Or Metroid? Or SSB? Or Paper Mario?

  6. It was a bit dumb to exclude 2016 games from the start so this is somewhat of a relief, though it has a backfire of not many people tuning in as with the main E3 presentation. :(
